are lots of restaurants nearby, here are just some of

Bob Evans is
a sausage specialist but provides good quality food for
all tastes in a comfortable atmosphere and at reasonable
price. Cracker Barrel
is a popular homestyle restaurant and has a "country store" with unusual high
quality gift and household items. Denny's is the famous
American restaurant, found everywhere with pretty good
food reasonably priced and of course McDonalds doesn't
need an introduction. These are all found just a few
minutes away at the intersection with Interstate 4

reasonably priced. We love it.

This lively and friendly bar is located near the Racetrack petrol station going towards the I4 turnoff
and they have 2 pool tables and karaoke on Wednesdays
and live bands on Friday and Saturday nights.

Shops. Again
there are lots of shops and malls nearby, this is just a
sample.

Wal Mart a few minutes
south in Haines City is a huge store that sells nearly
everything. There are 2 big Publix supermarkets nearby, a couple of
miles north and south on highway 27. Walgreens 24 hour pharmacy is located on the next I4
turnoff at Champion's Gate which also has a Publix and
other stores. Eagle Ridge Mall, a few miles south in Lake Wales is
nearly always quiet!
